what a real medieval tournament would have been like!!

Salt Dough Recipe

4 C. flour
1 and 3/4 C. warm water
1 C. iodized salt

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Knead for 10 minutes. If the
dough seems too sticky, add a touch more flour and knead a bit more.
Store in large Ziploc bag.
