The 2026-2027 school year will be my 18th year of teaching, all in Geneseo. My first two years I taught 5th Grade at Northside Elementary in Geneseo. Since then, I’ve taught 6th Grade Math here at GMS.

In addition to teaching, I also coach high school football, 7th grade boys basketball, 7th grade girls basketball, and middle school track and field.

Some of my favorites…

Favorite food: Pepperoni pizza and wings are at the top…but this list could go on and on!

Favorite season: Fall, with Spring being a close second.

Favorite music: Country, but I listen to everything.

Favorite teams: Just check out the pennants in my room! If you can’t, it’s all Geneseo teams, the Illini, Bears, Bulls, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Augustana College.
