Dear fourth graders,
As I told you many times during class, if you practice your division and multiplication facts over the summer fifth grade will be much easier for you. Remember to utilize math apps, websites from my blog, computer games, and flashcards to practice.
Just like practicing math facts, reading over the summer is just as important! Leave comments on my blog about any good books that you “have your nose in” over the summer. I am always looking for good reading material 😉
You have all been a wonderful group of kids! My expectations may have seemed high at the beginning of the year but I knew you could do it and YOU DID!!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Gentry
